1801 Parchment sold on ebay. " Here is a large (35" x 27") ornate parchment Indenture dated 2nd January 1801 being a Conveyance of property situate Frodsham, Cheshire and known as the Boarded Barn. The contract is between John Pickering, Corn Merchant; Samuel Moulsdale, Shopkeeper; and William Worthington, Gardener. There are two wax seals and three Revenue Stamps. Heavy storage "dustiness", particularly to the outside of the document."
